Flu Shot Drive-Thru Clinic This Saturday, September 23rd, 10am-12pm for my patients of all ages!
Great news! Our flu vaccines have arrived and we will be holding our first flu shot drive-thru clinic of the season this Saturday, September 23rd from 10am-12pm, rain or shine, in the parking lot of my building at 555 N. New Ballas Rd. We have both High Dose Quadrivalent vaccines for patients 65 years and older, and Regular Dose Quadrivalent vaccines for those under age 65.
We are not scheduling appointments for the drive-thru flu clinics- please arrive in your car anytime during the designated flu shot hours. I have only enough flu vaccines for my patients. Unfortunately, I will not have extra doses this season available for other family, friends, neighbors, or anyone else who is not my current patient.
If you have a scheduled visit in my office, you can receive your flu shot at that visit. I recommend everyone receive their flu vaccine between now and the end of October.
Attached is a flu shot form which must be completed before you are able to receive your flu shot. Please print out the form, complete it at home, then bring it with you to the flu shot clinic. If you are not able to print and complete this form, we will have paper forms to give to you in the parking lot but they will need to be completed before we can administer your vaccine.
